A Local Family Business

Terminix Pest Control is a locally owned franchise, in addition to being part of Terminix International, the world's largest termite and pest control company. Terminix Services, Inc. is headquartered in Danville, Illinois.

1946
The Fultons buy the franchise
Mr. and Mrs. Dean Fulton purchase the Terminix franchise in Danville, Illinois. The business grows modestly at first, then starts to gain strength.
1971
The second generation
The business prospers to the point that Dean Fulton sells it to his son, William E. Fulton. Terminix grows substantially over the next three decades.
2003
The third generation
William T. Fulton and his wife Emily purchase the franchise from his uncle, William E. Fulton, and the business continues to grow dramatically.
Today
About 50 local associates
Headquartered in Danville with a second branch in Champaign/Urbana, we serve homes and businesses across Central Illinois and Western Indiana.

Terminix is a good company to work with and Mason is a great tech. We had problems with little ants in the house and once we hired Terminix we haven't seen an ant since. Mason is friendly and professional and the kind of guy you want to see when you invite a service tech into your home.

Adam has always been very thorough in his inspections and always willing to do a little extra to make sure our house and garage are secure. He responds to specific concerns when they occur in between inspections. He is always prompt for appointments; when he is able to arrive earlier, he gives us a call to let us know. We appreciate his attention to details, his clear explanations, and his positive attitude and manner. We really feel taken care of. Since we live in the country, that is important.
